Refund policy

This policy explains when course fees paid to Feed My Brain can be refunded. By paying for a course, you agree to this policy.

1. No refunds once the course has started

Once your batch has started, meaning your first live class has taken place, course fees are non-refundable. This applies whether or not you attend the classes.

2. Emergency refunds before your first class

We understand that genuine emergencies happen. A refund may be considered only if all of the following are true:

  • You have paid the course fee, and
  • Your first live class has not yet taken place, and
  • You are unable to join because of a genuine emergency, such as a medical emergency, a family bereavement or another serious, unforeseen situation.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case, and Feed My Brain may ask for reasonable supporting information. Approval of a refund is at the discretion of Feed My Brain.

3. How to request a refund

Send your request before your first class to:

Please include your full name, the course and batch you enrolled in, your payment details (date, amount and transaction reference) and a short description of the emergency.

4. Processing

  • We will respond to your request within 7 working days.
  • Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method (or by bank transfer / UPI if the original method is not available), usually within 7–10 working days of approval.
  • Any payment-gateway or bank charges that we cannot recover may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Batch transfer instead of refund

If you cannot attend your batch before it starts, you may ask to move to a later batch instead of a refund. Transfers are subject to seat availability and are at Feed My Brain's discretion.

6. Cancellation by Feed My Brain

If Feed My Brain cancels a batch before it starts and cannot offer you a suitable alternative batch, you will receive a full refund of the course fee.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your payment applies to your enrollment.
