• Enquiries: when you fill in a form on our website, we store your name, email, phone number, college, the course you're interested in and your message.
• Student accounts: your name, email, phone number, college, the courses you are enrolled in, the project links you submit and the marks and remarks given by mentors.
• Technical data: basic information needed to keep you signed in (secure session cookies).

2. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and share batch and payment details.
• To run your course: create your login, record project submissions and show your marks.
• To contact you about your batch, schedule changes and important updates.

We do not sell your personal data, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

3. Who can see it

• You can see your own profile, submissions and marks.
• Feed My Brain admins and mentors can see student data to run the course and grade projects.
• Our service providers store data on our behalf (for example, our database and hosting providers), under their own security and privacy terms.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 2 years and student records for as long as needed to run the course and issue results, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, unless we're required to keep it.
